Stop sign needed on North-bound AND South-bound Lenox Rd. at East 5th st. LIRR commuters and delivery trucks/vans speed excessively up and down Lenox Rd. Making a left onto Lenox from East 5th is like playing russian roulette.

No one stops at the stop signs that are already in place all over the area. The 2nd precinct needs to patrol the area in a sustained ticket blitz for several weeks to get things under control. Someone is going to get killed, probably one go the local kids that play in the area during the nice weather.
