On Friday morning (10.7.11), I stopped at the traffic signal at the intersection of E. Broadway and Roslyn Rd. The light remained red for an extended period (at least 5 minutes). Eventually cars began running through the light because it wouldn't turn green. This light usually goes from red to green relatively quickly, but it appears it was malfunctioning.
