Description

The sidewalk on the south side of Packard under the US23 overpass is in serious need of maintenance. Overgrown shrubs block the view, vegetation is narrowing the usable part of the sidewalk, and frequently there is broken glass. Part of the retention of wall is crumbling and it won't be long before it starts to collapse - probably this winter or spring during the freeze/thaw cycles.
