Blight all over yard; front; back; sides. Blight scattered through living corters within the house. Garbage & debree all over yard, and house. Animal Neglect. Housing code & fire code vilolations. Elderly woman, forced to live in her bedroom, due to her daughter patricia hagadorn & patricia hagadorns boyfriend John "going curb shopping" almost evernight of the week. Bringing home "the nightly trash" and filling the house so its not fit for human consumption. This house hold also has known bedbug issues, roach issues, rat issues, and headlice issues. Seeking help for the elderly.
