I can believe it. Animal Control hardly does their job. When anyone calls they are put on vm and then disconnected. This is also a health department issue try giving them a call. If that doesn't work, call the news paper. I can hear them two streets away, and the stench is unbearable. No offense to the owners, but other people live in the neighborhood too, if they want to have a dog it is their right, but it should not interfere with the quality of life for others in the neighborhood. Can't understand why people don't even have common sense or decency.

Aren't there any city ordinances against this. Why doesn't the city hire or at least solicit for volunteers to keep track of these conditions throughout the city. I'm sure many city residents would be more than glad to help out.

Well its safe to say the poor dog isnt outside anymore for the most part its been a four days that i havent seen the poor lil guy out there n im abit at ease but im keeping my eye on that 34 tyler st thinking of going to city hall again n this time starting a protest about the city not doing anything to keep these pet owners on check trust be told if i had a farm trust ill start my own foster pet housing
