There is a land field north of my house, about 2-4 miles away, that pollutes air on daily bases. It smells like Natural Gas, combined with trash. We are unable to breath air, its disgusting and enough to vomit. Who do we contact about this issue?

8/13/15 Chemical Odors in air near Arminta Elementary School.
Last night, I could smell a new chemical odors, from 12am to 7am. The Oder was so bad, it included trash, fuel, and construction chemical smell. This whole neighborhood, including Arminta Elementary School, was covered with this smell. People with asthma, elderly and other health issues, please cover your nose and mouth - who knows what's being released in the air by the companies located north of Arminta School.
Chemical Odors are being released several times a week, for couple of hours (2 – 7hours) during the night time. Unfortunately, calling government agency, 1800-CUT- SMOG, does very little in helping.
Note: When I call 1800-CUT- SMOG agency, they just take my message and there is no follow up from them.
