South bound lane curb line is painted to far out in the traffic lane and folks think they are breaking a law by not getting over to edge of road. Traffic backs up because folks can't get into the left turn lane. There will be a head on collision there at some point. If repainted there is room for two lanes without a traffice backup down ORRB.
