Description
Locust, Monmouth, Valley Roads meet in a DEADLY intersection..many accidents. I live near there and there needs to be a rerouting of roads or a traffic light. People do not know who has the right of way plus alot of people SPEED ....its just deadly!!!

Monmouth and Navesink have stop signs.
Valley onto locust is a continuation so people coming down the hill towards locust or up from locust to go up valley drive have the right of way.
People coming down valley to go towards Navesink or hartshorne are considered to be turning do they have to yield to traffic coming up locust onto valley.
People coming up locust turning right towards navesink and hartshorne have to yield to those coming down valley towards navesink and hartshorne.
i lived near and negotiated that intersection on a daily basis for many years. while there have been accidents both multicar and single car I cannot remember a single person losing their life.
What needs to change is drivers ed. rules of the road need to be stressed moreso than they are anymore.
