The parking lot is used by preschool-grade 4 children and parents and every day there is garbage, including broken glass, condoms, alcohol etc, The one curb has "@#$% this curb" spray painted on it. I have been told homeless people live there at night. This garbage is actually a danger if children (or anyone) were to touch it. Can it not only be cleaned but maybe find a way to keep those making it unsafe away. Thank you
