Deskripsyon

use caution in and around this area, originating from mobile home park off of Morrissey, frequent high rate of speed down Stephens ( passes cars going under 30 mpg), especially between Warner and Ryan rd. (ignores signal at this location). Rides severely close to back of other vehicles. CAN'T MISS THIS GUY, WHITE HARLEY, WEARING COLORS, RADIATES HIS BETTER THAN THOU ATTITUDE.

hasn't been observed doing this in awhile, lets just hope he learns to slow down a bit more when picking up the small child (1st grader or under) from the local elementary school on Warner.
