Description
At the Panera Bread location at this address, the panic hardware on the East facing doors out of the business are not working properly and are not reliably operable.
I feel this is potentially unsafe given that there is a primary door from the business to a small threshold space, and then a secondary door to the outside. Both sets of panic hardware do not work.
