Descrizione

Property owner at 422 East Holmes has routed a drainage pipe from a sump pump onto the public sidewalk. This condition has been in place for several months. Water gushes constantly onto the sidewalk, which now has algae and is slick and dangerous. If not repaired before winter, ice will form.
