In the second lane next to the farthest lane to the right, there is a tube/pipe that is built into the street vertically that is missing a cap on the top.......there is an accumulation of debris and leaves in this tube. Some work was done in this area within the last year, and cap must have been left off, which leaves a hole on the street where traffic travels.
