Timing of lights both at River Road and on the West end of the JRB in IOW (Eagle Harbor), need to be adjusted during rush hours, both Morning and Evening, to allow for a smoother flow over and across the bridge. there is no reason traffic should be backing up on to the bridge just becasue the secondary road traffic lights activate due to one or two cars pulling up...the majority of the traffic is on Mecury/JRB, so allow it to flow smoothly...yes i understand the shipyard traffic has priority when they get off of work, but....
