Description
Per Engineering - they recently paved 3rd Street from 17th Ave S to 22nd Ave S. After resurfacing we have noticed a large wash out area near an alley apron. The existing condition was/is millings and doesn’t appear to have any asphalt in the apron. There is a large depression at the apron which is holding water and making the condition worse. Also, the washout is entering the bike lane and causing a safety issue.
It looks like some minor grading and then an asphalt apron would suffice.
