Description

The owner is renting rooms to people in basement, attic, & now converting garage into more rental space with no permits. Not only is it only a 2 family house there are no fire exits for attic or basement along with the fact they are now jackhammering the basement flooring without permits. This concerns me with gas & water lines. The house is not zoned as a rooming house.
