Description

Large tree limbs hanging over house and driveway from the large oak in front of house. When these limbs come down in a storm they will cause significant damage to my house and cars. These need to be removed before the damage is done.

I've written about this thru this system a few months ago but have not heard any reply?

A. The potential hazard is significant home damage when these come down in a storm/high winds. These limbs in question are hanging over the house and driveway.

This tree will be placed on the list for pruning this fall. It is too tall for our crews to do the work, so it will be done by the outside contractor.

Tree crew is extremely busy and is behind in pruning; tree is on the list and will be pruned as soon as they can get to it.

someone was by to trim the branch over the driveway shortly after your last comment. Thank you.
He was unable to deal with the limbs hanging over the house so wanted you to be aware that this needs to be addressed when you can.

Still waiting for someone to come and remove the limbs from the oak tree that are hanging over my house. Please advise on when this will be addressed.

I believe the limbs are beyond the scope that our in house crew can handle, and they will need to be cut as part of our fall removal/pruning contract. I will check with our crew to make sure that is the case; if it is, the job will be added to the upcoming removal/pruning contract.

Paul, I still have not had my limbs over my house removed. Given that the fall is coming to a close I wanted to check in with you to see when these are scheduled for removal

Harder Services has the contract to prune these larger trees, and they should be starting their work in the next week or so; there was a delay in their getting their insurance and bonding information submitted to the Village, but that has been rectified and we should see them on the job soon.

Ok, so its 3 more months since we last communicated and still no pruning from Harder on my large oak tree. When should I expect this work to be done?

Harder has just executed their contract with the Village, there was some issue with their insurance. Pruning of trees will begin shortly. Our Arborist, Mr. Joe Umana will contact you regarding your tree.
