Description

After rain, water runs down the hill and onto Juniper street. No sewer drain, so it has to make its way across Juniper St and down Mervine St. The water run off from the hill can last for days. In the winter, this water freezes and makes a skating rink out of Juniper street. We need a sewer drain at the base of the hill before the water runs across Juniper St.
