Description
9th Avenue North in front of 779 9th North (The Regency Apartments).
This is the section of 9th Avenue that also floods entirely (over the sidewalks) during rain now.
Despite repeated requests through SeeClickFix, the City seems to only ever fill one pothole at a time—instead of assessing the entire situation and fixing all of them at once! (There are at least 4 others)
The most recent large pothole (see arrow) is 36” wide and 4” deep. The City recently filled the pothole to the left, but ignored this one.
The noise and vibration from cars/trucks going through it are creating (1) noise pollution that disrupts quality of life; (2) excess vibration that—literally—causes the apartment windows to rattle; and (3) a potential liability. Last evening, a car swerved suddenly to avoid this pothole and drove up and onto the sidewalk while pedestrians were walking in the same area.
PLEASE NOTE ALL OF THE POTHOLES AND DO THE EFFICIENT THING: FIX THEM ALL AT THE SAME TIME!

A. 779 9th Avenue North
A. asphalt, brick
A. Pothole
A. yes
A. 1. Chunks of asphalt keep coming up during heavy rain and 9th Avenue flooding (leaving brick foundation exposed); and 2. City of STP has tunnel vision and never looks at ALL the potholes at once to repair them all at once (more efficient use of time and taxpayer $$.
