In the early morning time after roughly 1am till roughly 7am the light at grape and el Camino changes every 20 seconds or so to allow non existent traffic from grape a full light cycle while el Camino traffic doesn't even get half of a cycle.

I see motorists run the red all the time because of this and is more than an inconvenience.
