There needs to be clearly marked Resident parking for the apartments that all have to share this lot, CHC staff and patients taking all spots during the day and even parking behind others blocking them in needs to stop. I love how when a Clinic needs spots the city responds, but when they abuse that and the residents have no spots it's no harm no foul.
