School kids cross Parkway here. Saw one on razor scooter Mon. AM at 7:30 that had to ride on Parkway to Verda...This can't be as designed?

Because laws, rules, and parents are going to stop kids from doing stupid things right?

Aren't there crosswalks on parkway already?

There are more important problems and times are too tough to be trying to nerf everything in my opinion.
