Residents may go to their association (HOA) to find out what penalties may be placed on a home owner if personal property is placed outside in such disarray, again Deputies do not touch nor are they responsible for what happens to personal effects. Deputies keeping order only means keeping the peace between the two parties not the arrangement of personal property that is being removed from a home. Please call me if you have any questions.
