Description

At this signal traveling north there is no left turn onto Spring Street. A sign hanging at the traffic signal indicates this. Traffic traveling south in the far right lane have a green light. Drivers ignore this and turn left here routinely. Better signage should be evaluated (perhaps pavement markings) and/or change in signaling needs to be considered.
