Description

This block needs a street light. There is a lot of traffic on 8th street, especially on weekends when J&S restuarant is open until 2:00 am. My children work until dark, and sometimes leave early morning. It has been very unsafe. Their have been former incidents on this block and police themselves have not been able to see.
