Description

Every weekday morning, traffic is backed up along Lebanon Pike due to the traffic lights (near Target). They are not timed correctly with the large morning traffic commuters. If the lights would be green longer, then traffic would clear quicker, preventing Lebanon Pike getting backed up until OHB. This is a daily problem every weekday morning.
