  Rick - the area in question is no longer a park area at this time. We have no way of preventing the dumping that goes on in this area. We have contracted 4-5 cleanups of this area in the last 3 years using a contractor to clean area up. I will pass this on to Garin and check to see if we are going to pay for another general contractor to clean this area up. I currently do not have the staffing areas to maintain or keep this area litter free. Not closing out this request but understand that i need approval above me to authorize cleanup of this area. Q
