Description

There is a dog that appears to spend most of its time outdoors and it barks constantly. We can hear it day and night, and while we're sure the homeowners are lovely people, there is a general concern over the dog's well-being. In any event, it's become a quality of life issue with the amount of barking -- and loudness of -- that the dog is continuing to do.
