Description

There's a tree near the corner of Telegraph and 49th that is blocking the traffic light at the entrance to the Walgreen's shopping center. Cars approaching from the south can't see the traffic light until very close to it, and drivers (even OPD cars) run the light frequently enough that crossing the street there is getting pretty scary.
