Description

Hello. There is a 15 MPH sign approaching Crystal Springs Uplands school on the approach via Uplands. There is no 15 MPH sign, however, for drivers coming from Upper Hillsborough via El Cerrito/Bowhill and then via Rockridge or Sierra. The school should have 15 MPH for drivers coming from all directions. A dog was recently badly injured by a speeding driver here.
