Description

Be very careful in this construction area. Someone moved a lot of cones and removed the "do not enter" sign. I picked up and fix what I could see in the dark. Everything was set up to cause an accident, cones in the middle making two oncoming lanes crash into each other. I believe it's fixed but it could happy again.
