The left turn light at Bartlett Ave and Rt 100 (traveling S) as well as the light in general has terrible timing and causes continous delays and traffic back ups.

This issue has not been fixed. In fact during the end of school the traffic back up on Bartlett is horrible. I have lived in this area all my life and trying to get anywhere in Exton will take you 30 or more minutes due to the lights and the timing of those lights. Come on West Whiteland Township get your act together and fix something.
