Description

Constituent states that there is mold in her apartment, the ceiling is leaking, and floor is caving in. States that these issues were reported previously but because it's through newark housing authority its taking a bit of time. Constituent also states that conditions are unsanitary and their health is at risk. It's also irritating a terminal illness she currently has.
