The westbound left turn signal on MD193 to Prospect Hill Rd needs a sensor. It always comes on even when there no car in the turn lane (which is most of the time). This delays the eastbound traffic which at rush hour can back up. This will probably become more of an issue when the light at Daisy Lane is activated.
