Water pipe pertruding fro
sidewalk poses danger and safety hazard
Several people have tripped and fallen
City of detroit came out several years ago (pre-pandemic) marked with blue markings they repaired the one at the other end near a fire hydrant but never came back
This one was/ is the most dangerous
