Description

Cars are overnight parking along town owned land. The drivers live at the White House with Blue Shutters adjacent to this land. This is directly across from 81 cross street. I would like to know if this is illegal parking and what can be done about it. Possibly put fencing or boulders along the front of the land. It looks like a car lot.
