Hello,
I have a Neighbor at this Address that has several dogs that are constantly barking.

Last night, they were out after midnight, and have been going for almost half the day today.

This is almost ridiculous that they would let them out like this and not think about how this is a nuisance to their neighbors.

How should I handle this? Should I contact Animal Control, should I call the Police when they are out, or should I confront the neighbors myself?

Please Advise.
