city came out before thanksgiving and dumped little asphalt in only some of the holes. can't tell they were here now because whatever was filled opened up again. There are still some massive holes that fill up with water when it rains and then freezes up when the temps dip down.
there are deep tire ridges opening up in the asphalt.

CDOT was in the alley with the cold patch for the pot holes on December 20th. The hot asphalt is shut down until spring.
