01/03/23 Drainage is still blocked. And it appears that the other drains further down on Willow may be blocked as well. The curbs can’t handle the amount of water and so it washes through some people’s yards.

Is it possible to get an update on what the plan is to fix this issue? I've reached out to Jennings Bell several times over the past few weeks to get an update but have failed to reach him. Last time we talked on Dec 9th he mentioned needing to coordinate the acquisition of some specialized equipment. It would be great to understand a general timeline for when this will be fixed. It's causing flooding in my yard as well as my neighbors, and it seems to be getting worse with every rain.

I believe that CoD workers arrived the next day from my last comment and fixed the issue, which is fantastic and we're incredibly appreciative! However, I'm not understanding why these CoD app tickets or my emails don't get any kind of response. I agree that fixing stuff is more important than talking about fixing stuff, but I also think it's important to communicate with the community about issues even if they will take time to fix. It doesn't have to be detailed explanations, a simple sentence or two is much better than silence. At this point, it would be great to get some sort of update/confirmation whether this is fixed and close this ticket.
