Someone put a brown bag of trash in our recycle bin as well as a brown bag of trash on the sidewalk next to our trash bin. Now frosting bags are strewn along the street with other trash. We already had mice in our house after the work done to our street in front of the house. I know these seems impossible to prevent. We see lots of people putting their trash in public trash cans to keep from having to buy bags. Why can't people be decent around here and do the right thing? This is disheartening
