Description
Individual(s) residing at 1051 Melrose Avenue South has a dog that is allowed to defecate in their back yard. Based on the persistent foul smell, when outside, it appears that the homeowner/tenant is not picking up the waste or not disposing of it in the properly. There is a reduced quality of living as I am unable to open my windows or spend any extended period of time outside due to the smell, especially on hot days. Not to mention the implications of what is running off into the storm drain.
In addition, to the smell, there is an inoperable grey Volkswagen sedan, without plates, parked on the public right away that has been there for some time.
I hope this notification will be investigated and the necessary action is taken.
Thank you.
