I met with residents at 4260 N. Hills Drive. I explained to them where to store the blue recycling cart and the gray garbage cart and provided them with schedules for the commingled and recycling pick ups.

Still several homeowners on N43 Ave and many on N42 Terr. Leave out their trash cans both the blue and grey all the time.
It looks terrible on the weekends.
I understand Code Enforcement is not around on the weekends but a "drive-by" early on Monday will spot the violators before the Tuesday pick-up.
In the past violators had a "warning sticker" placed on their trash cans as a reminder.

Yup. There is no ir little revenue for the city enforcing this rule. They gofor the bigger issues.
I've complained to code enforcenent so maby times but its like talking to the wall.
