Description
Potholes once again opening up in stretch of 9th Avenue North between 8th Street and Grove Street. (1) Potholes previously filled are now showing 'depressions' in the filling (e.g. it's sinking). AND...(2) new pothole in eastbound lane--approximately 12"x18" and roughly 3" deep right now. The result is significant traffic noise when tires go through it--but also vibration into the apartments directly across from the pothole!
