I've noticed more officers along this stretch. Keep the ticket money coming in and the road safer!

Needs to be continued, especially with the construction in progress.

This is a continuous problem and needs to be monitored on a regular basis. The road is just too busy with people turning right and left to go into businesses and communities. It's scary coming out of West Greenville Rd and taking a left onto Rt 44.

Thank you Concerned and Taxpayer. Taxpayer, you're right about that left turn….very scary. The speeding is also on West Greenville Rd.

I have seen many Officers ticketing drivers but I have not seen much slowing down. It's a constant problem, especially at West Greenville Rd…..you take your life in your hands!

Driving into and out of The Lakes and/or The Village at Waterman Lake is a very dangerous situation because of speeding on Rt. 44. Considering there are elderly residents on both sides of the street trying to get into and out of their driveways, more needs to be done in regards to speeding on this road.

Saw a officer stop someone today. This is an ongoing problem. If the revenue from tickets from all the speeders in RI were tallied, we could repair many roads and bridges!

Addendum: This is still a problem. This intersection could use a street light. Also, West Greenville Rd has become a speedway. People who walk along this stretch of road, to Knight's Orchards, take their life in their hands. Vehicles do not slow down even when they see you.

There are many people biking and walking on West Greenville Road during this pandemic, many more than usual, as well as people fishing. This stretch of road is used as a cut through for large construction trucks pulling trailers behind. The drivers are not doing the speed limit and are taking corners without regard for walkers who have to snuggle up close to the guardrails because there is no proper space for them to walk. There needs to be more police presence on this road always.

No response to new additions to post re West Greenville Road. Too many speeding construction trucks and cars!
