Deskripsyon

when entering onto Haverford Rd from Loraine, the line of sight for oncoming trafffic (heading West ) is blocked by cars parked very closed to the corner (on the auto service lot)

This mechanic fences off people from parking there at night but doesn't allow the vehicles inside enough space before the sidewalk so vehicles coming out of Loraine can't safely enter Haverford Road. Very dangerous!

The should make it a NO TURN ON RED intersection then. That will take care of the problem.
