This is a CITY OWNED property own a private road. The city of New Britain owns the property and the problem.

Thank you for making me aware of this, I will have our arborist look at the trees and make his own assessment of their condition and if we have to remove them, we will schedule that work. Any updates on this 8 month old ticket? Saw NB workers take down a massive healthy oak on Rosemary today, a street away.

Firstly, I live on Rosemary and that was a maple tree. Secondly, my neighbor is having the sidewalk replaced, so the tree needed to come down.

I'm not quite sure why you responded to a message directed to the city in a defensive manner. It was not directed towards you or your neighbor. Despite that, none of what you said matters, a tree was taken down by the city while this ticket sits open since January. Just looking for a response from the city. Have a great day.

The ground in the lot is soft. It needs to try out before we can put our trucks on it. We tried to schedule it several times, but the weather didn't work in our favor. We will continue to check the ground. Once it's dried out and firm enough to bring our trucks in, we schedule to get in there. Thank you.

Looking for an update on this issue - 16 months since reported and now dead limbs and branches are dropping everywhere.

We are planning to remove the trees in the next couple of weeks.
