Just drove by and there are 13 cars parked at this single family home. Almost half of them don’t have plates. Is it a used car lot? Doesn’t look good for the neighborhood.

Is this allowed in a residential neighborhood? I've previously entered a complaint that went unanswered.

10 cars allowed? I think not and they probably aren't even home when the pic was done.

Can’t park vehicles in yard unless it is an approved driveway or parking pad that complies with zoning regulations of that zoning code.

A few are gone. Instead of 13 it’s down to 10. And his tow truck is parked on the street again last night. Also not ok in Residential zoning. For a few weeks there were 2 flat bed tow trucks parked on the road.
Seems like he is running a used car business or a junk car business on his property. Also not ok in residential zoning.
I hope the City gets the message and respects the residential zoning codes.

The unregistered cars are gone. Every vehicle has a plate. Unfortunately, the owner/tenant is throwing junk, pallets, van bumpers, empty containers onto neighbors property. Behind the white vans.

14 cars on the property. 6 white vans.
About 8 of them haven’t moved in months. Is it a junkyard? Car dump? Are they selling cars? Stealing cars? Are people paying them to park there? It’s suspicious and a very bad look for our neighborhood.
I’m sure they got a permit to put a parking lot on their one family home , residential property.
City officials, please help us out and look into it.

Lets see, assuming 50 per vehicle per month, he's making minimum over 500 per month.
