Description

This building continues to have CONSTANT garbage problems. There are 8 receptacles for supposedly only 4 tenants. The bins are all over, blocking the alley, garbage spilled all over, around their building, the alley, around the building behind. The owner, Lena Rivera, doesn't clean it up. I ask her and she says she's going to but doesn't. I offered to "loan" her one of my laborers to clean up several days ago, she turned me down, stating she was going to clean it up that day. She did not. This is unsanitary and my tenants should not be exposed to her laziness.
