Q. Please describe the issue
A. I have seen my electric bill increase by 50% in Dec and January. I am charged over $1300 dollars for two warmer than normal months. I have looked into solar and was told by Joe Lynch that I am limited on what I can do making it not feasible. What is going on? The city is in a surplus fund mode and my bills are skyrocketing. What is the city doing to solve this? I own an all electric house with two people.
