I am currently living at 31 Evergreen Street in Saugus. It is at the Corner of DeSota and Evergreen Streets. I noticed when I bought the house that the street was resurfaced at some point and now site 2 to 3 inches above my driveway that slopes away from Evergreen Street. During rain storms the street empties into my yard and into my driveway. This is starting to leave to problems with my basement getting excessive amounts of water. If someone can please review this issue and propose a solution that would be very much appreciated.
